Limited edition of 200 copies printed on heavy rag paper, bound in white parchment paper stamped in gold and blind. Issued in a linen-covered portfolio with title stamped in gold. A regular edition in smaller format was issued the same year with apparently the same content. (See LCCN 22017032.)
